So this time I ordered a belted dress on sale. I received the dress without the belt. Emailed them asking the reason for incomplete order. Of course, they replied but only after the sale was over and the dress was out of stock.
The email stated "we regret to inform you that we will not be able to ship just the missing component individually.You may choose to return the product if it unused, unwashed with the price tags intact."
